ITECH had cooperate with DHS/BMLS for the purpose of laboratory quality improvement. The concept is to reach ISO15189 and apply with IHR-JEE. There are summary activity implemented in 2018 at 12 sites shown with impression of 4 key component: Internal audits, Occurrence management/Health and safety, Document control and Risk Management. The workshop permits each laboratory show theirs activities the whole year and efforts for 2018 achievement.
Output
The tip for making good presentation and management review were trained to the stakeholders. The summary of 2018 in-service training from ITECH and achievement of 12 laboratory sites were shown to the audiences, especially the management level, with theirs commitment support to approach laboratory quality improvement. There will have 2 laboratories selected for intensive implementation laboratory quality improvement to reach ISO15189 and action plan for 2019.
